KUKUP TRIP- 1st MARCH 2008
Firstly, went to school so early, reached there by 6.30. faiziyyah was damn worried when irfaniah didnt turn up. i took a good look at her expression. VERY STRESS. after everyone arrived we boarded the bus and we were the first bus moving and to reach the immigration. The bus driver was the best, Uncle Bobby, talented. He managed to pass through all the huge vehicles. HE also stood up from his seat and asked the drivers to make way. SKILLED MAN OF THE YEAR!:)
SO, at the immigration, it was very awesome. I've never taken a bus to Malaysia. SO immigration was pretty interesting. I didn't know what language to communicate with them, so i just used both. SOunds weird. After the customs, we sat in the bus for a little while waiting for AUNTIE BELINDA. She is so cute and adorable!:) I LOVE HER! HEr style is somewhat flexible not those strict type. HEr husband also very sweet waited for her at the end of our trip, at the immigration. The way she introduced herself was short and sweet. I love her!?
We then was brought somewhere to have our breakfast. But guess what is our breakfast? BUBBLEGUMS, SEAWEED, BISCUITS, SWEET. etc:) though it was raining we still had the spirit!XP .Hmm. I tasted the bublegum, it had a weird taste. SOur? sweet? yeah. but still we blew gum to burst each others bubble( thats what vivian likes to do)
after breakfast we headed to chocolate boutique. I didnt quite learnt much except for the machine used for coating the chocolate. THe prices of the chocolates was quite expensive, for just 100g of chocolate. The most interesting flavour that i have ever tasted was the tomato chocolate. In the chocolate, there is like a fruit( tomato)sweet and sour:) I only bought the chocolate powdered drink which the gave as samples:P It was very sweet! yummy!
We then proceeded to the Royal Museum which was previously owned by the Sultan of Johore. How cool is it? Of course, I think it was posh with the house furnished with crystal furniture, gold and silver plated stuffs. It was GRAND. Sadly, we could not take pictures of the interesting artefacts found in the museum. The most eye catching was the HUNTING ROOM because it showcases the animals that were hunted. Everything in the room was real. I couldn't believe my eyes.
At the pewter factory, i was really interested in the making of the pewter. The molten tin was heavy. The surface of the molten tin if like a mirror! COOL RIGHT?! Yea. THen in the shop got this cute adorable little girl which is obviously scared of me due to my fierce looks.LOL! I advanced a step the moved back one step. I have a couple of pictures of her. YOu want tell me:)
Hmm. then.. A long trip to kukup. "Thanks" yuen kai for taking pictures of people sleeping. I have lots of them just ask me and i will send you the pictures. Wahahahahaha.. Before the going to the fishing village. We ate! Sweet and sour fish, crab, prawns, veggie, fishball! YOu shoud have seen the guys eat. One snap and everything's gone. they even take leftovers. Hungry Monsters. HEHE. They eat and they seemed very full.
After all those good food, we continued with our excursion. We took a boat to the fish farm. I was damn terrified as ther were DOGS! i had a bad experience with dogs. ANd this time they are security dogs. Scare me alot and keneth, changyen and other girls could even approach the dog! Oh my goodness. I felt terrified. The picture of the dog i have was also scary. At the fish farm, I got to touch the baby shark. The skin was pretty rough like sandpaper. I also touched the seahorse. SO ADORABLE! The tail keeps curling round my fingers So ticklishh( got such word?) Everyone was fighting to get to have a good look at the aquatic animals there. I'm lucky:P hehe.
LAst pit stop! Tanjung Piai Nature Park. There were mangrooves with specific names. Rhizophora if I am not wrong. I wasn't able to translate fluently to the class as I dont know some of the words in english. TOOK a class photo too. Then i saw monkeys .Very cute. Their eyes says"I want your yummy food:)" At the southern most tip of mainland Asia. i and my friend acted emo facing the wide sea. It was a beautiful scenery. I will miss the nature and will have to go back to my sort of urbanised life. At the tip of mainland asia, ther was a big globe that could be spun. On the way back home, we stopped at Gelang Patah perhentian where Uncle Bobby topped up fuel and we bougth snacks! Irfaniah had a hard time deciding on what to buy.haha. Girls are like that. Unsure of what to buy.haha.thats about all, the trip was very much enthusiasting. Maybe for a change we should go Thailand, near the rural areas to see how they cultivate wet rice there. It would be a great adventure especially with my friends:)
okay. I'm exhausted by the typing.haha. want to do somthing else:D
