Today, was great. As predicted, I, to be exact my nose was sun-burnt. Sentosa, there for hours under the heat! Ohman, but despite the hot sun, rain, we really had fun cheering and cheering.

Games played, cats in the corner ( i love this man!) im the last girl to tahan running, thanks to the guys la. dog and bone and sandcastle also not bad! we won casue our sand castle so cute, got face one lor and hair too!!!

Hello mates!

Well, this is my 100th post and my first day in Nanyang junior college. It wasn't too bad, though kinda weird that no BBSSians came into that school ): Oh well, I just have to deal with it.

Today's orientation was kinda expected, lol cause it's always cheers, ice breakers yada yada. But on top of it we had to learn a mass dance, which was pretty cool. Hmm, what else... Oh, we got this shoe bag which inside have 2 t-shirts, a towel and a lanyard :D [i love the lanyard]

Met quite a number of kind people. Lou xi, Sandy, Samuel, Delvin, Melissa, Yee Man, Saufy and many more. Nice bunch of people and quite easy to click. Yeah, tiring day. Small world, Samuel knows alot of BBSS students who are formerly from PEPS. Hahaha, everything I talk to them, I need to find something in common. lol. I see quite a few Malays but to me they scary la, they've already known each other :/ so, I'm like the odd one out. Man, I went home alone while they had groups already -.- I think that group all from same school one. Cheh, leave me out D:

Hooray! Tomorrow go SENTOSA! Get tanned, lol I'll just get darker and THEY'LL CALL ME AN INDIAN MUSLIM -.- WHICH ONE ALREADY DID. Hahaha! And the last day of orientation there'll be a dinner and dance, theme: Disco Night. Gah, I'm scared tomorrow. No flen. Wish me luck then.

First thing first, here's a picture Abg Aiman's nice scriblings on the whiteboard when he, his wife and his family (Kak Azura, Mak Jang and Pak Jang) visitted us last Saturday. They're from Johor Bahru. =)

He's super funny and smart (architechure) Oh pleaseeee, he speaks english so fluently(and cool) . He's easy to talk to. Age gap is super big, but he loves Spongebob Square Pants just like us. Haha, had a chitchat with him(abt the best places to hangout), laughed at Spongebob dumb acts. Cool guy, Kak Azura is lucky to have him as a husband. Last long, guys! And when entering the car, he still wave from the carpark -.- LOL. Funny seh.

Next, I'm eagerly waiting for the new JERSEY. (Adidas) Yes man! New one at last.

I'm also waiting for something else. Hahaha! =)

Now, I feel our team more together. Haha! We feel the great burden but we manage to overcome it. BUT this is just the beginning, I'm sure we'll face more problems later(so much for being optimistic). LOL! I'm just so happy, I got to sleep on Sunday night, peacefully. There's so much work to be done but like so little time. Time flies so quickly, without you even realizing it. This whole thing organizing camp has taught me to? USE TIME WISELY. :D

Let me recall what I did last week:

Monday- Results day

Tuesday- CJC and NYJC OPENHOUSE

Wednesday- SAJC and ACJC (condescending) OPENHOUSE

Thursday- School and meeting @ Funan IT Mall

Friday- Meeting at Bedok till 10pm

Sunday- Class from 8am to 5pm (I was scolded for being late -.-)

I've gotta go for SAJC open house tomorrow!! :D I love the school. I still cant make up my mind. Nanyang JC or SAJC?!?!?! Gosh, taking O Levels is much more easier please eh.

NYJC, very friendly esp this super pretty malay girl, some OGL who offers to find me if I get in NYJC. :P I didnt get to know her name. ;(

Shoot, I'm oh so stressed! With all the planning now, work delegated but still I feel the pressure! :/ Take initiative please :D I cant be doing everything. I sent out an email, so far only Juani replied. How sweet, she's kind (: And some! Never even give me budget request. Haha! Cepat eh, no time! It's like 3.05 am, and I'm still busy doing it. Yesterday, Ngeeann Poly was a blast. There's alot of freebies! -.- (Goodie bag, ice lemon tea, Nescafe, and Donut!) And, something cool happened! It's between me and Syafiqah. Haha! Oh yes, speaking of coffee, I dislike it alot. Because of it, I only slept like 6am to 7am.

Then I had to go for a meeting at Jurong East at 9am. It was great, meeting the camp commandant from Bedok and the other team leaders. Unfortunately, halfway I had gastric. ):

Once again, Sara is late for lunch today cause she doesn't want to seduce the indian bus driver to drive faster. Hahaha! After lunch, chapteh time! so yeah, Sara couldnt control her LONG legs and had difficulty playing. Even Priscilla did better, haha, kidding la Sara. :D It was fun playing with my 'sister' Aqilah!!! She's fantastic in chapteh man! Seeya tmr at booth?

I think BBSS should change netball team to sepak takraw yo! LOL, no no, I wouldn't want that to happen. I have high hopes for this year C division! Jiayou B div and C div for your West Zone Games!! (: Aja aja Huwaiting!

I don't know why, I just love this picture! Either the person in it or the beutiful Sun!

Oh yeah, dropped by Chinatown to get my sister's presents. But then I saw this guy who looked like the flying dutchman but I doubt so because he's shorter ._. However what's more important is his son and daughter are effing hot man! Seriously, the girl is perfectly tanned and her muscles are toned! And the guy has like nice hair, not the emo but very the indie type. Gosh, I wish to have his hair. That's practically what I did at Chinatown, which is packed with tourists. Bet their perspiring like crap. Even I was -.-

Okay, had netball today. Met the others at Westmall, some were early but some were very LATE. Supposed to meet at 12 pm but some people woke up at 11.50 plus plus. XD Yeah so we ate first at Koufu, sadly, there's only one stall that is halal, Chicken rice stall. Who cares?! I need to eat!!

Btw, three of us even walked for rounds in Westmall before deciding where to eat. And had to watch 2 lazybums eat :D Random, we talked about animals mating??? and ghosts??? JIAMIN & SARA couldn't stop laughing in the bus about the Hantu Tetek which suffocates you with your clivage? if you play hide and seek at night!!! Hilarious mannnnnnnnnnn!!!

Felt so alien-ish when we entered the school canteen, students were giving that weird look. Yeah, saw Yuen Kai, Zhen Lin, Jeremy Yeo, Alan they all. ._. Quite alot of seniors came down today leh.

Netball was GREAT, FANTASTIC, FUNNY as ever! It reminds me of our past few years in BBSS. I miss it greatly.

They are not in order, just randomly flowing out of my small brain.

Life

Gosh, saw something which gave me a wake up call. Seeing husband and wife, together going through the pain really made me think. I just don't get it why some people choose to end their life so easily just because they encounter hardships or problems. Don't they know that life is very precious?

I can say that cancer patients are warriors man, you can see that they're in pain but the desire to live is there. You want to throw your life away? Well, it's too bad you can't give your life to someone else who really wants to live. One thing for sure, they don't give up easily, in fact they want to be able to live longer and see their children grow up to be a fine man or lady. But sometimes in life, the unexpected happens. That's the part and parcel of life.

I pity them, and feel for them. What they've been through can be tough but they encouraged one another to look forward and be optimistic. If I'm given super powers, I'd want to heal everyone from their pain/disease. Sadly, there's no such thing called superpowers. I like the way the patients show affection towards each other, developing friendships. You can say they are sincere, and the understand each other. They never fail to put a smile on your face. I don't know why, but watching them is like watching a korean drama, it's just so touching.

I've seen lots of my mum's friends suffering for cancer. They're story are great, showing real perserverence and sacrifice they made. It's all for the sake of their children. They can't bear to leave their young children behind, which still needs their guidance. So, all I can say is, treat your parents with love and care. They won't be around forever. One day, everyone will go when it's their time. Treasure your family cause it's the best gift anyone could ever have! It's not the same with friends. Yes, they are great friends but good or bad times it's your family who've been by your side since you came into this world. Yeah, appreciate them! :D
